ARRIVAL OF LORD CARRINGTON.
December 7. The P. and O. R.M.S. Carthage arrived this morning. Lord Carrington, the Governor elect of New South Wales, and his suite were p^ssengers by her. His Lordship landed here and will proceed to Sydney, arriving there on Saturday next, when the official reception of the new Governor takes place.
