CHAMBERLATN PREDICTS FRESH ELECTIONS.

Mr Joseph Chamberlain addressed a public meeting at Leicester last evening, and in the course of his speech referred to the probable state of parties in the new Parliament. He predicted that fresh elections would talce place at no distant date after the assembling of Parliament. (Received December 5, at 1.15 p.m.)
