THE PROPERTY TAX.
The Property Tax is coming in satisfactorily.. Up to date 8,000 taxpayers have paid £70,000, and it is estimated that by the 10th inst, the last day for paying without incurring an additional ten percent 15,000 more will pay £80,000, making in all £150,000.
