SERVIA AND BULGARIA.
[neuter's telegrams.] (Received November 17, at 1 p.m.) THE BULGARIANS RETREATING. Belgrade, November 16. Advices state that desperate fighting took place yesterday between the Servian and Bulgarian forces. The former succeeded in turning the position at Dragomau Pass and forced the Bulgarians to retreat upon Slionitza.
(Received November 18, at 1.15 a.m.) SERVIANS ADVANCING. Sofia, November 17. Despatches from the Western frontier districts announce that the Servian army is advancing upon this city.
