THE BURMESE DIFFICULTY.
Rangoon, November 13.
The proclamation issued by King Theebaw summons his subjects to fight the English, but admonishes them to kill none until they shall have crossed the Burmese frontier. Great uneasiness is felt in Mandalay, and the European residents are leaving as rapidly as possible. No hindrance is being offered to their movements by the Burmese. »
