The Bulgarians have established a blockade on their western frontier, anc threatened to shoot any Servians found crossing into the Bulgarian territory. King Milan, of Servia, issued instruc tions to his troops to letaliate, should violence be offered them. In consequence of the threatening aspect of affairs, a number of Servians are leaving the town of Wilden and taking refuge in Servian territory. (Received November 2, at 1.15 a.m.) SIR H. D. WOLFFE'S MISSION. Cairo, November 1. Sir H. Drummond Wolffe, has beer received by His Highness the Khedive, who assured him he would warmly support such measures as might be concerted between England and the Sultan for the better regulation of Egyptian affairs. DEATH OF THE DUKE OF ABERCORN. London, November 1. The death is announced, aged 74, of His Grace the Duke of Abercorn, K.G. FREYCINET'S ASSAILANT INSANE. Paris, November 1. The assailant of M. de Freycinet was esa ruined by medical men who pronounced him insane.
