COLONIALLY-ORDAINED CLERGYMEN.
At the Diocesan Synod, in replying to a question of Rev. Mr.Tibbs as to the truth of the report that the Archbishop of Canterbury had prohibited coloniallyordained clergy from officiating in the province of Canterbury (England), Bishop Cowie said he knew nothing of the report, but considered it incredible.
