Scalmar.— On October 6th, at 1.30 p.m., at Cobden, Antonio Scalmar, long a resident. He leaves a wife and family. He will be buried on Thursday at 2 p.m., at Cobden Cemetery. Steele. — On the 2nd October, at his residence, Lambton-quay, Wellington, J. T. Steele, in his 54th year; deeply regretted.
