(Received October 3, at 2.45 p.m.) DANGER FROM DERVISHES. Cairo, October 2. Advices fromvUpper Egypt state that a large body of Dervishes are encamped within 80 miles of the British outposts, and orders have been given for a regiment from Alexandria to proceed to the front as reinforcements.
