PROROGUING NEW SOUTH WALES PARLIAMENT.
Owing to the difficulty experienced by the ministry in transacting the business of the Legislative Assembly, His Excellency has at the request of the Government issued a proclamation proroguing the New South Wales Parliament until October 27th, with a view to its immediate disolution and general elections;
