HICKS- BEACH AT SALISBURY,
London, October 1,
Sir Michael Hicks-Beach addressed a public meeting at Salisbury last night. In the course of his speech he stated that her Majesty's Government would endeavor to act in concert with the Great Powers, in order to bring about an equitable and peaceful settlement of the Roumelian difficulty.
