(Received October 1, at 9 p.m.) SMALL-POX. Sydney, October 1. The small-pox patients at the quarantine station are reported by the health authorities as being improving. No further cases are reported.

In. the Legislative Assembly this afternoon, the Premier, $(r Alex. Siuari, gave notice to move the San Francisco mail service resolutions.
