England has proposed to the European Powers that matters as regards Turkey and the revolutionary States shall be restored to their status quo, and a conference on the subject has been virtually arranged. NEW TURKISH MINISTRY. The Turkish Ministry has been remodelled. Kaimil Pasha has been appointed Grand Vizier and President of the Council in the nlace -:f Said Pasha.
