THE A.J.C. DERBY.
The A.J.C. Derby was run at Rand wick this afternoon, and resulted as follows : — Nordenfeldt 1 • Uralla... 2 First Chester 3 Only five started, Yondoo being scratched. Nordenfeldt assumed the lead at the commencement and maintained that position all the way round. There was a good finish, Uralla being beaten by a length, while double that distance separated the second and third horses. Time, 2mins. 47Jsecs.
