The Times this day, in the course of an article upon Drummond Wolff's mission to the Porte, states that the British Government declined to date the evacuation ' of Egypt by English forces, but perhaps 1 an .£nglo -Turkish Commission would be j appointed to determine the period when such evacuation became possible.
