A HARBOR BOARD LOAN.
The Harbor Board on the casting vote of the Chairman, adopted the recommendation of the Finance Com mittee. A bill will be introduced into Parliament authorising the Board to raise a loan of £50,000 and loan of 1871 of .£30,000 to be regarded as a first issue.
