Mr Ansell has received the -following Ministerial . memo, from ;the Hon Mr Stout, Premier, in relation' Vo the above leases.. It was originally marked (confidential and private)'/ 'Bui; a subsequent telegram was received from A. R. Guinness, M.H.R. -stating .that the. terms in the Premie* Ifcemo. could now be pubished :^ . (a ) . Term, 14 years.
