MEDICAL RELIEF BILL.
In the House of Commons last night the amendment introduced by Mr Jesse Colling, M. P. for Ipswich, into the Medical Relief Bill, came on for discussion, and was carried by a large majority in spite of the opposition of the Government. ' Sir Michael Hicks-Beach thereupon declared that he declined to be further answerable for the bill in its present shape.
