(Received July 23, at 2.50 p.m.) AUSTRALIAN PARCEL POST. London, July 22. Sir Saul Samuel, Agent- General for New South Wales, has taken the initiative towards establishing an Australian parcel post, and a conference has been arranged for next week between the Australian Agents-General and Lord John Manners, British Postmaster-General, when the subject will be fully considered.
