The expulsioD of, Poles and other Russian subjects who have not taken steps to obtain German naturalisation papers, continues actively in the eastern provinces of Prussia, despite the denials of Herr Yon, Puttkamer, Prussian Minister of the Interior. Near Medicine Lodge, Kan. a waterspout caused the death of several entire families.
