S. S. COPTIC.
The steamer Coptic, Captain Kidly, from London, arrived at 11 a.m. yesterday, bringing 3000 tons of cargo and 298 passengers, all in good health. There was only one death, that of an infant aged six months. Amongst the passengers are 73 single women, nominated immigrants. Her draught of water on crossing the bar was 21 feet 8 forward and 21 feet 3 aft. Her passage has occupied 1> 44 days 8 hours. The passengers have presented testimonials to Captain Kidly and the officers.
