Public Notices. ■-vr o~ T I (3 eT TENDERS are INVITED for the undermentioned NATIVE RESERVE SECTIONS situate in the town of Greymouth, and the Grey Valley District, for the following periods, viz. — A twenty-one years' lease, with a right of renewal for two further periods of twenty-one years, subject to a reassessment of the ground rent only at every such renewal," for Sections 72 and 82 in the town of Greymouth. Section 82 is offered subject to the value of the improvements. A seven years' lease with a right of renewal for two further periods of seven years subject to a re-assessment of the ground rent only at every such renewal, of Sections 156, 157,158, 159, 160, 342, 343, 345, 358, 362, and 363. A plan of the lands can be seen, and conditions and forms of tender obtained on application to Mr W. Perkins, Solicitor, Greymouth. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
