Public Notices. ■-vr o~ T I (3 eT TENDERS are INVITED for the undermentioned NATIVE RESERVE SECTIONS situate in the town of Greymouth, and the Grey Valley District, for the following periods, viz. — A twenty-one years' lease, with a right of renewal for two further periods of twenty-one years, subject to a reassessment of the ground rent only at every such renewal," for Sections 72 and 82 in the town of Greymouth. Section 82 is offered subject to the value of the improvements. A seven years' lease with a right of renewal for two further periods of seven years subject to a re-assessment of the ground rent only at every such renewal, of Sections 156, 157,158, 159, 160, 342, 343, 345, 358, 362, and 363. The last two named Sections are submitted subject to the value of the improvements, and also to possesion being delayed to the Ist January, 1885. A ten years' lease with a right of renewal for two'further periods of ten years' subject to a re-assessment of the ground rent only at every such renewal, for part of the Native Reserve, situate at the Arnold, containing approximately one hundred >cres, being all that portion lying to the southward of the main road, also, Sub-sections 10, ]1, and 12, of the Native Reserve, Ahaura, containing in the aggregate one hundred and ninety-two acres less reduction, by river encroachment. A plan of the lands can be seen, and conditions and forms of tender obtained on application to Mr W. Perkins, Solicitor, Greymouth. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Separate Sealed Tenders addressed to the Public Trustee marked tender for Town or Rural Land, with the name or number of the parcel tendered for, will be received by Mr Perkins up to SATURDAY, the 19th day of APRIL, 1884.
