*__ Wednesday, 23rd January. (Before His Hon. Judge Broad.) I I MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY. John White was arraigned on the charge of maliciously destroying property in the Roman Catholic Chapel, No Town. Evidence was taken, which left no doubt as to prisoner's guilt. Father Holland, who was examined, was questioned in the most irrelevant manner by the prisoner, who spoke and acted in such a way j as to leave little doubt as to the man's eccentricity, if not saneness.
