A SAILORS' CASE.
Auckland, June 20. In the case of Captain Anderson, owner of the cutter Daveron, against the crew, who held the •vessel against all comers, owing to their wagea not being paid by the charter party, Judge M'Donald held that the crew had a lien upon the vessel till the wastes were paid.
