THE COMING ELECTION.
[to the editor.] Sir, — Now that the three candidates have given their views on political maHers, the electors should be in a position to judge of their quali6cations to represent the important constituency oi the Grey Valley. The views of^mtr Weston cannot fail to pleaae^-Ui^^Bst exacting ; liberal in views, progressive in general ideas on all matters connected with the welfare of the district, his views should entitle him to the hearty support of all classes. The gold-miners should support him heartily, as he is fully alive to the importance and wants of the mining community ; and I hope my fellow miners will rally round a gentleman whose past career proves him to be a credit to the 1 constituency. I am &c, A Gold-miner. Barrytown, June Bth.
