GREECE STILL IMPORTUNATE.
Athens, April 4. The Greek Government hsa issued a circular to the united powers regarding tha offer made by the Porte for the settlement of the frontier question. The circular repeats, and seeks to justify, the refusal of the Hellenic Government to accept the offer of Turkey to cede cettain territory in Thessaly alone, and strongly urgea tbe claims of Greece to the town of Previsa, iv Epirus, in addition.
