After that date an duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulation! made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will thereafter be received for any inch fees, &c Stocks of Law Court Stampi may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners of Stamps, and from Depositaries in places where sittings of the District Court are held.
