A^t the meeting of the Library authorities to-day, the chairman' decided that fresh notice of motion must be given on the Public Library question, and the discussion upon opening it on Sundays cannot therefore be brought to an issue till the next meeting of the Board of Governors. Although in an extremely critical state he is progressing favorably. His case, even at the Hospital, is regarded as a most extraordinary one.' '" '
