London, March 15. The San Francisco mails were delivered on the the thirteenth. Best Australian beef tallow, 353 to 365. March 16. News has been received from San Francisco that the fire which broke out aboard the steamship Cily of Sydney while lying in the dock was speedily suppressed, and the vessel has sustained but little damage. St. Petersburg, March 15. A number of Socialists were holding a meeting to-day at Warsaw, when the police entered the house in which they were assembled, and arrested sixteen of the number.
