GREY RIVER ARGUS SPECIAL WIRE. AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Sydney, October 21. An accident occurred this morning on the Northern railway line. Three carriages became uncoupled, and, in the shock of the meeting, the train injured 30 or 40 people — none fatally. Brisbane, October 21. The miners at May to wo have struck. It is reported they will prevent Chinese working there, Hobart Town, October 21. The Governor has refused to dissolve Parliament, and the Ministry have resigned in consequence of the adverse vote in the Assembly. Melbourne, October 21. The proposed stamp duties on policies meets with opposition from the in&urance : companies. ;
