For Ahaura Riding — At the Resident Maspstrate's Office, Ahaura. For Nelson Creek Riding— At Mr Young's Reading-room, Hatter's Terrace. For Red Jack's Riding— At the Resident Magistrate's Office, No Town. For Maori Creek Riding— At the Resident Magistrate's Office, Danganville. For Brunnerton Riding— At Mr Joseph Taylor's Store, Brunnerton, For Cobden Riding— At Mr William Dickie's Store, Cobden. ' For Marsden Riding— At : Mr Hamilton Hewitt's Store, Marsden. For Hohonu Riding— At Mr P. Foley's Store, Westbrook. All objections thereto must be left at the Assessment Court, Ahaura, for the Ridings of Ahaura, NeJßon Creek, and Waipuna; at the Assessment Court, No Town, for the Ridings of Red Jack's, Brunnerton, and Cobden; and at the Assessment Court, Danganville, for the Hidings of Maori Creek, Marsden, and Hohonu, on or before the 15th day of February, addressed to the Assessment Conrt, and a copy of every such objection must be left at the County Clerk's Office, treason street, Greymouth, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. Plans and Specifications may be seen at the County Council Chambers, Greymouth ; Court House, Ahaura ; Court House, Greenstone ; Young's Library, Hatter's Terrace ; and at M'Kechnie's Store, Maori Creek. Tenders. HOKITIKA-GREYMOUTH RAILWAY. GREYMOUTH CONTRACT. FORMATION. Public Works Office, Danedin, 4th February, 1879. WRITTEN TENDERS will be received at this office up to NOON on TUESDAY, 4th MARCH, 1879, for the above Contract. They must be addressed to the Hon the Minister for Public Works, and marked outside "Tender for Hokitika-Greymouth Railway, Greymouth Contract." Plans and Specifications may be seen at this office, at the Public Works Offices, Weilington Christchurch, Hokitika, and Grey mouth, and at the Survey Office, Beef ton. Telegraphic Tenders similarly addressed and marked will be received if presented at any Telegraph Office by noon of the same date, provided that written tenders, in due form, are lodged at a District or Resident Engineer's Office by the same hour.
