VrTHEREAS by the one hundred and fifty- fourth section of " The Land Act, 1877," »,» it is enacted, that the Governor, by '■ Proclamation, may from time to time deolare any Crowri lands within any mining district, not held under license or lease at the date of such Proclamation, or over which thb license or lease has been cancelled, ! to be open for said or 1 selection, in section of such size and form, and on such date, as he may determine k ;^aii« L^rj^'ldh<i3 ) So' ; proclaimad may thereafter be sold at a like price and subject to the like! Jterms and conditions, or as near thereto as may be, as Crown lands of the Bame class not within a mining district : And the Governor may from time to time alter, 'amend, or revoke any such Proclamation : Now, therefore, I, George Augustus Constantino, Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of the Colonyjof New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands specified in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale, the rural lands in sections of not less than twenty acres nor more then three hundred and twenty acres, and that the twentieth day of March instant shall be the day on which the said lands shall be open for sale SCHEDULE.
