In the Supreme Court, this morning, Jane Galloway, for perjury, was discharged, there not being sufficient evidence against her. t _The^CrQW-nJE^|Qputoj_will enter a nolle fixed for the 7th or Ilth of March. "
The Judge asked about Proudfoot's case. The Crown Prosecutor said he was awaiting instructions from Wellington. The criminal sitting is adjourned to Monday.
