Notice iB hereby given, that the provisions l of "The Stamp Fee Acfe, 1875," will be brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout, the Colony, on the Ist April, proximo. After that date all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed or adheciye, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will thereafter be received for any eucb fees, &c. Stocks of Law Court Stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Cominissionera of Stamps, and from Depositaries ia places where sittings of tbe District Court are held. Forms of Summons, Subpoena, &c, will be impressed at the ffead Office for Solicitors ai .d others, on receipt of Requisition D and Bank recbipt for the amount less the authorised discount, together with the forms required to be stamped.
