Bluff, Oct. 12. The s.s. Otago, Captain M'Lean, left Melbourne on the Bth, and arrived at 6 o'clock this evening. She brings 280 tons ' cargo, 44 horses, and 84 passengers. She sails for Dunedin at 3 p.m. to-morrow.
