In Article 17, for " six " read " three." 2. In Article 31, for "first," read " second." 3. In Article 80, for " one month," read "six weeks." : 4. In Article 83, insert "or posted to," between "at" and "the." 5. To add a new Article to the effect thae from and after a certain day to be named at thsaid meeting, no person or persons shall iudi vidually, jointly, or in common, hold more than 1500 shares ; without prejudice, however, to the right oi any shareholder or shareholders to retain all the shares of which he, she, or they shall have become the registered holders up to the day to be so named as aioreßaid. - i N.B.— Every proxy-holder must be a shareholder, and the instrument appointing him shall be deposited at the registered office of the Company, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for the meeting.
