:-;«The schooner Zephyr entered out ab Melbourne for Greymouth on the 2nd inst. The steamer Charles Edward arrived from Nelson via Westport and Hokitika yesterday, and will sail north to-day. Kwllie steamer St. Kilda arrived in port yesterday forenoon, with the balance of her cargo of sheep, cattle, and pigs from WanganuL She will load up coal, and leave for the north on this day's tide .The steamship Claud Hamilton, Bowden commander, left Port Phillip Heads at 6 p.m. on June 9. Passed Wilson's Promontory at 6 a.m. on the 10th; passed the Sisters Islands at 3 p.m. same day. They experienced for the first four days out S.E, E.S.E. and easterly weather; passed the steamship Alhambra at 10.20 a.m. on the 11th, standing to the west. On the 14th, experienced strong gale with heavy sea from the E. N.E. On the 15th. strong winds and heavy squalls from the E S.E., with heavy cross sea from the N.E, arriving at Hokitika at 12 noon on the 16th. They left for Greymouth at 3 p.m, arriving at 5 p.m, and was tendered at 11 p.m. by the Dispatch.
