The Second ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of Shareholders of the above Company will be held at the Company's Office, Mackav street, Greymouth, on MONDAY, the 9th day of MARCH, 1874> at 3.30 p.m. Business :— To Receive the Directors Report and Balance Sheet ; To Elect Two Directors in the place of Messrs W. S. Smith and G. Perotti, retiring, and to elect Auditors for the ensuing year. S. W. The Drawing to take place under the supervision of a Committee to be appointed by the subscribers on the night of Drawing. Tickets can be obtained at the above Hotel.
