In Bankruptcy. : "VTOTICE is hereby given that Harry "^ Kenrick, of Greymouth, Gentleman, has become, and now is, sole trustee of the estate and effects of LOUIS. CASEY, of Candlelight, No Town District, in the Province of Nelson, Miner, a Bankrupt, and that a public sitting of this Court will be held on MONDAY, the THIRTEENTH day of APRIL next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Greymouth, for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and to make application for his discharge ; and further, that it is the intention of the. said Bankrupt then and there to make such application as aforesaid.
