The Lease of Claim (9 acres, 3 roods, 12 perches), situate at Irishman's Creek, Alpine Range, Lyell, Together with, Tramway, Paddock, Hut, Blacksmith's Shop, &c. Lot 2. The Right, under agreement with the Alpine Quartz-mining Company (Registei-ed), for the use of the Alpine Company's Battery, &c, for crushing about four hundred and thirty-one tons quartz. Lot 3. A quantity of Mining Tools, &c. In drawing the attention of capitalists and others to this sale, the Auctioneer refers to the splendid quality of the stone lately found in the lower level workings as a proof of the great value of the Company's claim as a mining property.
