JA have received instructions to sell by public auction on the premises, Arney street, on Friday, the 16th January, at 2 o'clock precisely, and without reserve — The Freehold Section in Arney street, having a frontage of 33ft by a depth of 165 ft, together with the commodious House thereon, at present in the occupation of Mr Eli Hellier. The section is* well fenced, under cultivation, with a winter crop of the choicest vegetables and flowers.
