The sports will commence each day at 10 a.m. precisely. In each handicap race there must be three starters, or no prize; four starters, or no second prize ; five 'starters, or no third prize ; and six starters, or no fourth prize. Heats in the Champion Races will be decided by running the middle distance. In each style of wrestling there must be eight competitors to ensure any public money being given ; six competitors, or no second prize ; and eight competitors, or no third or fourth prize.
