The sports will commence each day at 10 a.m. precisely. In each handicap race there must be three starters, or no prize ; four starters, or no second prize ; five starters, or no third prize ; and six starters, or no fourth prize. H*>ats in the Champion Races will be' decided by running the middle distance. In each style of wrestling there must be eight competitors to ensure any public money being given ; six competitors, or no Becond prize ; and eight competitors, or no third or fourth prize.
