Wednesday, 3.45 p.m. Information has been received, per submarine telegraph, that another severe engagement has taken place at Ketemarai, near Wanganui, between the rebel natives find the Colonial force under Major M'Donnell. The troops were at first re^ pulsed, but being reinforced the next clay they attacked and carried the rebel pa, killed 7 natives, and took 23 prisoners. Major M'Donnell was dangerously wounded in the thigh.
