New Zealand securities , are unchanged at last quotations, viz.: — i Five per Cent. 10.40 Loan, 105£, ex div.; i Five per Cent. 1889 Loan, 106£; Four- ' and-a-half per Cent. 1879-1904 Loan, 101 i. Colonial breadstuffs have suffered a decline of one shilling per quarter. To-day's quotations are—Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, 475; New Zealand, 45s to 475. Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 345. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 2,130,000 quarters, or 40,000 more than at this time last week. Australian tallow continues firm at 45s 6d for best beef, and 46s 6d for best mutton. Best Sydney copra has advanced 10s, to £l9 per ton. Good combing was firmer, but short faulty wool was Id lower. Clean crosssbred $d higher; clothing easier. The sales close on October 3rd.
