At the usual sitting of the Waste Lands Board, held at Christchurch, on Monday, November 15th, sales were made as follows Ordinary—Akaroa, 37 acres; Geraldine, 12 acres 2 roods 37 perehea. Total acreage sold, 49c eras 2 roodi 37 perches ; total cash received, JE99 Os 3d. Refunds on account of former purchases were made in the amount of J 829.
