For Otago, per Taiaroa, at 11.15 a.m.; late foe letters. 11.25 a.m.; guard's van, 12.10 p.m. train. For Northern Ports, per Botorua, at 1.50 p.m. ; late fee letters, 2.10 p.m.; guard's van, 2.40 p.m. train. FBIDAY, JANTJABY 9. For Chatham Islands, per Island Lily, at 7.30 A.m.; guard's van, 2.40 p.m. train. For Northern ports and Australian colonies, via Sydney, per "Wakatipu. TUESDAY, January 13. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Bingarooma.
The next mails for the United Kingdom, via Southampton and Brindisi, will be closed at Christohurch on January 16th. The next mail for the United Kingdom via'San Francisco will ho closed at Christchurch, on January 3lßt, and will he due in London on March 16th,
