The stock was to be in amount about the same as it was at August stock-taking, 1878, so I find that I must Dispose of from twenty-six to twenty-eight thousand pounds (£99,000 to £28,000) worth of STOCK at some price. To effect this object, I shall on SATUBDAY MAY 31st, submit the Whole Stock of over sixtyfive thousand pounds £65,000 worth, at such prices aa will accomplish my purpose of bringing it to the desired amount. The Goods are all in stock in quantity at the Eeducad Prices named in the Catalogue on the date of its issue ; but as the quantities in some cases are limited, buyers will do well to call early. We mark all Goods in plain figures; the reduced prices are in red ink.
