Arising from a motor collision near Waikanaei last August, a case commenced in tho Supreme Court to-day before Mr. Justice Reed involving claims totalling £15,150, the largest amount of damages for personal injuries over' claimed in Neav Zealand. The plaintiffs are Sarah Ann Pethoriok and her husband, Frederick William Petborick, motor assessor, of Wellington, and the defendants anWilliam Alexander Waters, engineer, of Palmerston North,' and the N.I. M.U. Mutual Insurance Company, Limited, as the statutory indemnifier. Because of legal questions involved thero is a probability that the ■ case will ultimately go to tho Privy Council
