NAPIER SALE. MURRAY, ROBERTS AND CO. Messrs. Murray, Roberts and Co. report as follows on the Napier wool sale:— “Our catalogue comprised 4629 bales, There was more general competition from all quarters. Prices generally were on a par with the last Wellington sale, but in some cases the coarser sorts showed a hardening tendency. SYDNEY WOOL SALES. (U.P.A. by Elec. Tel. Ct>L\yrighti. (Received Feb. 25, 10.30 p.m.). SYDNEY, Feb. 25. At the wool sales, 12,16"> bales were offered and 11,420 sold, also 10S5 privately.' A feature to-day was the keen demand for choice fine wools. Yorkshire buyers were the largest operators. Greasy merino made 333 d. The market ruled ot the best point of the week.
